Oat and Banana balls

Ingredients:

Oat, banana, chocolate chips, walnuts, condensed milk
White and Dark chocolate shreds

Preparation:

1. Heat Butter
2. Add Oat
3. Roast Oat
4. Mash banana
5. Add nuts and Chocolate chips
6. Add Cinnamon powder
7. Add Oat
8. Add Condensed milk and mix well
9. Form small round balls
10. Ready to serve without toppings
11. Roll the balls into toppings of your choice
12. Ready to serve

Recipe:

Oat and Banana are best for breakfast and if used together to make a recipe it just create wonders. I add chocolates to attract my little ones in lot of recipes and this one is not excluded. This would be the best way to push all the nutrients in the breakfast.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Servings: 3-4

Difficulty level: 2/10

Ingredient:

-         2 cups of oat

-         2 ripe bananas

-         1/2 cup chocolate chips

-         1/2 cup walnuts

-         4 -5 tsp condensed milk

-         1 tsp cinnamon

-         1 tsp vanilla extract

-         2 tsp butter

Preparation:

1.       In a pan heat butter.

2.       Roast oat for 8-10 minutes

3.       Turn off the heat.

4.       Let it cool down.

5.       Roast walnuts in 1 tsp butter for 5-7 minutes

6.       Now in a mixing bowl mash bananas, add oat, bananas, walnuts, chocolates, cinnamon powder and condensed milk.

7.       Mix all well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

8.       Form balls out of the mixture and refrigerate it.

9.       Serve it cold.

Tips:

-         You can also add honey and nuts of your choice.
