- Do your prayers before your meal to thank god for that every bite. I really mean it because there are people who cannot get their one square meal a day. So appreciate whenever you have food on your table.
- Your date has just started with your meal. Close your eyes and imagine you are in your favourite spot.
- Look at your plate with a big smile and smell the food. (NO! Please stop all negative thoughts right there)
- Now say to yourself that this is going to be just the best. (No Really! Just say out loud.)
- Slowly take a first bite of the food and boy!!! Is it not tasty?
- Go slow and finish your entire plate (Unless you are on diet. You must consider sharing).
- Thank God, one more time for the delicious meal.
